How many duplicate files are clogging up space on your computer? I know on my computer I had 1.2GB of duplicate files. Yeah, that’s a hell of a lot! How did I find this out and how do I find duplicate files from my computer I hear you [probably] ask?

I found this really handy program called Doublekiller that finds all the duplicate files on your computer. It doesn’t delete them without your permission, as that could lead to disaster. After scanning your chosen hard drive, you will be presented with a list of files that have duplicates. You then choose the files you want to delete.
If you do make a mistake and delete a file you later realise you shouldn’t have, no worries, you can move the duplicate files to a temporary folder if you wish while you decide what files are duplicates and what aren’t.
I recommend this free program. I couldn’t believe the amount of duplicated files on my computer this program found. Download Doublekiller and run it on your computer to give your computer a clean up.
